 BODY MIND FITNESS COACH

My fitness career spans over 30 years and counting. I began as a fitness instructor in the late 70's as a way to shed "babyfat," after giving birth to my two beautiful daughters. I expanded my credials to include personal training, medical exercise and sports nutrition. I owned and operated Flashdance Studio and later TS Jazz Fitness and Dance Studio located in Gloversville, NY.

I retired to Florida in 2000. There I became  fascinated with mind fitness and became a Certified Hypnotist at the Up-Hynosis Institute in 2005. Two years later, I returned to my home town and opened Studio 7,  Body Mind Fitness.

My passion is prevention of disease and I live it and share my knowledge with family and friends every day.  I have a full time hypnosis practice in Gloversville and utilize my years of hands on experience to guide people in eating well, moving more and thinking differently. I have also explanded into an office located at the Saratoga Healing Arts in Saratoga and see clients there once day a week.

To remain fit, alert and full of energy, I teach 6 various classes at the Shirley Luck Community Center in Johnstown. Classes are open to the pubic for a nominal fee and range from pilates, meditation, dance exercise, fit chi and aging well workshops. The number to call for class times and days is 762-4643.

Nutrition is also a passion of mine as I feel we cannot be our best, feel our best, look our best and do our best without dense whole food nutrition....Juice Plus is my whole food supplement of choice and wouldn't go a day without it. It 's my core nutrition, my safety net so to speak....and recommed it to all my clients.

I am a member of the International Association of Councelors and Therapists and proud to be affiliated with and member of  the NGH, National Guild of Hypnotist. A member of SIPN (Saratoga Integrative Practitioners Network), Fulton Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Mohawk Harvest in downtown Gloversville.
